I believe this part 10 is the most steps and hilly part ! Ah... it's from 78km until 81 KM!

But it's possible. 

Going to concur 3 meters in front of me where the LED lights showing me the trail... 

Be it 1,000 meter high or 3,000 meters, i shall concur it 3 meter by 3 meter.
