As i wrote just now, it's "Single Stage" where we did not get luxury treatment like Sundown Ultra Marathon where we have transition point at 50KM, we need to carry our nutrition from the beginning to sustain until the end of the race 100KM.

Honey - I read somewhere it's help... i kiasu, so i brought... No harm for bringing extra nutrition...
I was brought from US in bulk and half of the above i was testing it during my usual training.
Now it's all i have left. All are to sustain maximum of 36 hours, try to target 30 hours if possible.
While the power bar gels at the back were brought last weekend! 24 packs to standby.
Last weekend, I have chance to meet up with TriStupe.com where he show me demo on Map Reading 101 . I was abit blur at the initial stage and subsequently managed to learn the logic behind.
