Just now, im just got to know that people do wear their Vibram FiveFingers with Injinji toe socks !
Ah... suddenly i feel like "frog in well"

How do i feel? Feel abit tie inside the shoe... but still never have the chance to run with it...

12 Hour Walk 2010 - Eat. Walk. Play.

Perhaps the first thing in your mind will shout : Are you crazy? 12 hour walking?

Yes, Im joining 1st Melaka International 12 hour Walk 2010. This 12 hour walk is part of my Ultra-marathon 2011 training.

Recalling, i joined 12 hours walk 2 years back in 2008, where its held in Putrajaya.

Before start... As you can see behind there's people camping! 

12 hours walk is not all about just walking... there's a buffet food party all along the whole night and if you feel sleepy, just sleep on the floor as what im doing ( I dun know i can sleep during the race! ) haha 

People came prepared and went into camp and sleep... and before sunrise they continue to walk... 

My last lap timing... im got no more mood to walk another loop... :)

I thought 2008 was my first and last 12 hour walk.... 

Come 2010, im joining 12 hour walk again!  

This round, we are going to Melaka to walk 12 hours ! 

Anyone is going to "First Melaka International 12 Hour Walk 2010" do let me know! 

We go walk 12 hours together conquer the walk... 

 Btw, our target is to walk for 60-65km for the 12 hours!

All this while, Im see people's wedding photo its either beach or garden. That's all about it. Perhaps Im stay in KL and Penang. Its all about beaches and garden.

But in Bee Sien's wedding photos, i saw something different which caught my attention. Its Malacca historical city! Im enjoyed their wedding photos which taken in Melaka...

Nadeje Patisserie @ Melaka

On 13-14 November weekend, my friend and i from KL were heading to Melaka to attend our colleague friend Bee Sien wedding diner.  Beside wedding diner, we also went to food hunting!

Nadeje Patisserie was brought to us by Jessie, Bee Sien's ex-colleague who living in Singapore for more than 10 years.

To my surprise, when im first saw the cake, im impressed and immediately falls in love with the cake when i have my first bit.

The layer cake! Im loving it! 

 When using tea spoon to cut down the cake, i can feel the layers layers of the cake being cut through !  

I feel it! 

The Mango flavor also taste good!

5 of us were happily enjoying the 4 layer cakes ! We all were happy boy, happy girl after having the layer cakes!

The Legendary original factory second key which needed to plug in to unlock the top speed limits of  375km/hr factory lock.

To break top speed of 375km/hr, the car need to be in total non-moving condition, slot in the "second key" to activate the "Top Speed Mode", the rear wing will adjust to 2 degree and lower the car body. Veyron 16.4 can bring you to break over 400km/hr in 55.6 second.

佳礼中文论坛跑步版主吴淑伟，结束42公里爱情“长跑”，成功以99朵红玫瑰娶得跑将新娘！

参加全程马拉松赛程的吴淑伟在接近终点时，向在旁朋友接过已准备好的99朵红色玫瑰花束，并在背后挂上“嫁给我好吗？”字条，加紧脚步奔向女友陈嫣妮面前跪下求婚。这不仅吓坏向终点冲刺的陈嫣妮，也让原本充满汗酸味的早晨增添浪漫气氛。

在陈嫣妮点头答应吴淑伟突如其来的求婚后，两人手牵手，捧着大花束一起走向终点站，仿佛代表着两人白头偕老走完漫长人生路。

吴淑伟受访时说，他已参加3次槟城大桥跑，这次是第2次与陈嫣妮一起参赛，所以决定在这次参赛中加入特别企划，联合一班跑将朋友们做足准备功夫，向交往2年的陈嫣妮在终点求婚。他说，由于天不作美，在参赛前曾担心女友突然放弃不参赛，因为这将无法完成整个求婚计划。

为了可以成功完成整个求婚过程，他故意让嫣妮跑到前面，并在已完成赛程的友人配合下，成功完成整个“求婚计划”。陈嫣妮受访时说，对眼前一幕感到惊讶，她也一度在搞不清楚状况前，埋怨在终点站拦住她的友人。殊不知，原来是吴淑伟精心策划的“求婚行动”。

Sundown Ultra Marathon 2011

Not kidding.. Its Sundown Ultra Marathon 2011 100km...

Im should blog about my Penang Bridge International Marathon 2010, but hey, "sleep can wait and that PBIM can wait too... haha...

Finally im got my nut to click and register for 100km Sundown Ultra Marathon 2011...

Cari Runners going to rock the PBIM once again!

Gathering time: 12.35am till 1.30am.. and group photo will be at 1.35am! 

This going to be my 1st ever running full marathon in Penang since im 1st ran the Penang bridge during my secondary school day form 5 in 2000 which was about 10 years ago!

Yesterday there's people twitpic on the Yes4G rate.... 

Today, Yes 4G posted a better version of their cube in their facebook.... 

Thought: 

1. At 1st glance, the rate sound fantastic ! i feel like Wow... so cheap... 

2. Second, doing some analysis and noticed the data plan actually is not so cheap if compared to those other offer unlimited cap... 

3. On other hand, the calling minutes are really cheap! 9 cents to anywhere? or just Yes to Yes... have to wait for tomorrow launching.... 

4. The next Q is how fast is the speed will be and how reliable, stable the internet connection would be?

Race Registration is now open!

HiVelocity is pleased to announce the much-anticipated launch for the 2011 Sundown Marathon registration at the 2010 Sports & Fitness Expo!

Following the success of the past three editions of the night race, next year's event promises to be even bigger, better and much more exciting!

There will be a new twist to next year's event. Unlike previous years, we will be having Sundown Marathon and Sundown Ultra Marathon on 2 separate days. We have also opened up the 10km category to BOTH men and women.

Look out for the Sundown Marathon Registration Booth and register on the spot to receive a gift*.

Ok... This is shocking! Im already booked my Air Asia flight for 28 May 2011 race... 

now the ultra-marathon is set on 25 June 2011.... 

Sundown Marathon - 42km www.sundownmarathon.com 

Sundown Ultra-marathon - 100km www.sundownultramarathon.com 

Some 2cents: 

1. Separate between marathon and ultra-marathon might sound good but for runners might have other thinking.  

2.Sundown marathon organizer now become clever, they are now earning 2 times of participant fees and runner's pocket become a big hole. 

3. As you know, previous marathon were combined together 42km and 84km. 84km start 6pm and 42km start at 11.59pm. Ultra-runners get companied by the 42km runners when they finished their 1st 42km loop.  Now with the new rules, ultra-runners going to be lonely.. no more supporter from 42km runners... 

4. On other hand as the race is just only for the Ultra-marathon, a more focus attention given to runners are achievable. 


5. Now i have brought the flight tickets for 28 May.. and asking me going to run 100km on 25 June 2010 again is really out of my expectation and my budget is going to blow...  i need cheap flight from Air Asia again! 

Malacca - 13-14 Nov 2010

I spent my last weekend in Malacca / Melaka for my friend's wedding. 

Melaka suppose is another city which did not attract my attention just like Penang. 

Melaka also did not have my favourite food just like Penang... 

But Im proven im wrong all the time! 

Im just falls in love with Melaka... 

Im just falls in love with Melaka... 

Im shall be visiting Melaka again...
