I skipped #twtclub yesterday in order to wake up at 4.30am and 5.30am start running my 1st 20km LSD (Long Slow Distance) since Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon in 6th December 2009.
We starting from Bukit Aman Car park run to the Hartamas Petronas station and back!
Its was raining, and it wont stop us! we just keep running!

My LSD was quite suffering since i have long time did not do any LSD... Anyways, its helps prepare me for the New Balance Pacesetters 30km on 17th January 2010.
In the evening, we have diner with KLtan84, a CariRunners who from Penang visiting KL 3 days 2 nights.
We diner at Wong Kok Cha Chan Teng Pavilion!
We just likes Cam Whoring!! hehe...
