its my normal training with adidas training program with pacemaker.
this time is running 4 loops with each loop 2.3km total of 9.2km...
i thinks this is my 1st time running 4 loops in the Lake Garden... normal im only runs 2-3 loops then back home...
this time, its 4 loops... i was told try to sub 50minutes...
my best record per loop is about 15 minutes only applicable for the 1st loops...
as for second and third loops my time will be longer...
During the run, like normal, my legs feel pain...
amazingly i completed my 1st loop with 13min30second timing a much better...
1st loop - 13mins 30s
2nd loop - 30mins
3rd loop - 47mins
4th loop - 62mins 30s
i was struggle on the second loops onwards until completed the third loop... then on the final loop, i speed up...
my mind keep thinking of other people can completed it much faster than me, why cant i! they "pia" im also 'pia'...
with this mind set, i just keep running...
9.2km with 62mins is really my best timing... normally my double hill (11km) timing is around 1hr 20mins plus...
