for whole day, i chase bank confirmation... which it seem an easy job, but actually it's hard for me! i wish to get the works done... whose know, other dun wan to let me finish my works...
1st called 103 directory asking bank telephone number... d stupid Telekom, put the unnecessary thing... 'welcome to TM directors, pls choose 1 for malay, 2 for english...after pressing 2, then come music.... wait... wait... wait... ur call is important to us, thanks you for waiting... ur line is in queq...dun know how many round of repeat then only some1 answer my call... i got a lots of bank need to know, and worse, once only can ask 1 number... STUPID...
OK, this is only the 1st step toward it. Get the bank number, called it. CAN NOT GET THROUGH. SHIT... HELO bank wake up, i'm calling u leh... why can not get through... tried many times.. also fail... Lucky then only can get through... after get through, i'm called to wrong ppl, meaning i dint get directly to the person incharge... so they transfer me to another people... trasnfer from A point to another B point... and finally i get another number which ended no 1 answer my call...
Which bank is nice to me leh? No... all bank is SHIT... only after i tried much error and calling around, n finaly can get to the right person... this already cost me half day of time... and still not yet finished my works...
in another case, the bank confirmation sent, and received is not tally with the figure given by client...1st asked client, client say nothing wrong... ask to call bank to check... Rupanya,, is bank fault...they forget to put in another transaction... thought bank is external party, shd be very reliable... seem i learnt something today...

no need to call TM to get the numbers
you can easily visit their website and get thier respective branch phone number in an instant.
please do not tell me your company do not have internet access at all ar.... erm.. :)
