today, i called tenage to enquiry about my electric bills...
i found that TNB have an advanced system... but some how, their delivery channel is not very effective. i mean the bills delivery system... it's printed out and sent to out home... put into mail box... i thinks it is normal... yet i found it not an effective ways...
i thinks i have this view because i can not check my bill balance from net. i can not know it from net at all... all i have to do is call the kedai tenaga.
this same for astro. i also can not view my bills online... while calling astro is like climb mount everst... the system will mention how many calls ahead of u... and u will be insane when it's reached ur turn...
for Streamyx and telekom, i'm loving it... any time, anywhere, i can view my bills... although i din get my bills, i still know my outstanding for the months... i even mailed the TM customer services to complain i din get my statement... hehe.. gatal...
if telekom give RM5 rebate for the e-statement, i will be the 1st people to opt for it. e-statement is fast, costless to telekom, since they are the net provider... i'm dreaming of this day to come...
how nice if astro, streamyx, telekom each give RM5 rebate for the e-statement... haha...
