im thinks i'm too sien... i got the mood to write to PBB to complain lack of cash deposit machine... and i got the reply today. they saying they ordered the cash machine, and will be reach around april... will it be true? let us wait and see.
actually the main purpose i complain to Public Bank customer services is to test their efficient... see whether they got reply me o not? or my mail just like stone in deep sea... no reply...
while others banks, maybank, hong leong bank, they never replied my mail.
for maybank, it is very efficient if u called them... 1300-88 66 88... now i can remember this free toll call... last night and today, i tried to register and activate the Kawanku Phone banking... and i only managed to activate it just now... quite enjoy the facilities available to phone banking...
today, i can believe myself. i met 2 friends at 1 building... i was lunch with SK at Ambank building. 1st, i met Ax at lift entrance...he was walking out from lift. 2nd i met my diploma friend who working at Ambank building... She was ta pau and waiting for lift...
